Are windows just for looking through? Of course, they also separate
the interior and exterior environments; some windows are mirrored and
others are transparent. Are the reflected images from a mirrored window incidental to the purpose of the window itself? Are mirrors simply
tools or are they funhouse features? It’s rare that a building with mirrored
window walls is designed to reflect a specific image for viewing from a specific vantage point. Is the mountain reflected in the glassy pond the singular
idea or is the reflected image of people observing the pond the bigger idea?
