I was honored to work on this project.
It was a long journey to develop the
detailed plans and help bring it to
fruition. It is hard to decide whether the
landscape or the home design or the site
itself is most powerful. I feel that as we
were able to meet our goal of integrating
the home with the landscape and the
environment.
The best analogy for me is that of a
beautiful gemstone that is enhanced by
its placement in a sensitive and carefully
designed setting. I am proud that we
accomplished all Janiga’s personal goals
as well as our own goals with a project
design that graces and enhances every
aspect of the home, site, and landscape
design.
The kitchen is one of my favorite rooms in
the way it connects to the Great Room
and the views to the creek and pool
areas. I feel that it will be one of the most
popular places to gather; to prepare a
meal and socialize with friends and
family. Here nourishment will be in the
making, not just for the body but also for
and heart and mind as well.
