Amador Estate Residence & Winery
Set on 350 breathtaking acres in the Sierra foothills, this
visionary project will introduce one of Northern California’s
most dynamic new winery experiences. Designed for the next
generation of wine lovers, the estate is more than a winery—it’s a
destination for immersive experiences and lasting memories.
A newly created lake, tasting pavilions nestled into forested valley
overlooks, an intimate music amphitheater, curated event and
meeting spaces, equestrian and mountain biking trails, 800 feet
of wine caves, a signature restaurant, and exhibits celebrating
history and viticulture will create an unparalleled guest
experience. Over 200 acres of vines will anchor the landscape,
reinforcing a connection between the land, the region’s rich
agricultural legacy, and the art of winemaking.
At a secluded hilltop on the far edge of the estate, the owner’s
estate residence will be a dream realized—an escape defined
by sweeping views, nature, and tranquility after decades of
dedication and success in other ventures.
Unlike traditional wineries, this design will seamlessly blend
architecture, history, and environment into a singular experience
that is more than “wine in a glass.” At its heart is the French
concept of terroir—a profound “sense of place”—where the land
itself becomes an essential ingredient in crafting remarkable
wines. Every element of the project, from the vineyards to the
architecture, will celebrate the connection between nature,
craftsmanship, and the enduring legacy of the region.
