Old Craftsmen Renovation
and Landscape
“They found an elegant old estate home and sought
a complete renovation of the interiors, exteriors,
landscape and pool to re昀氀ect the needs of a young
family and the California lifestyle of indoor-outdoor
living. The ¾ acre generally 昀氀at site provided a great
opportunity to make a home into a lush estate that
retained an old-world character.”
Located in an upscale Bay Area leafy suburb, this project transformed the old
site into a functional pool and turf play area with a cabana, spa, pool and circular
driveway, new garage addition, pathways and lush gardens. Flagstone veneered
walls and paving abound. Grape vines and flowering roses tangle in trellis’s and
over arbored walks.
